We are very pleased to confirm the Timestone Software
Training Seminar for 2006 for
July 25th -July 27th in Denver CO. This is a free seminar for all
Timestone Software users.
This year's event will be bigger and better than ever and has
been extended to three days. The first day will be ideally suited to
newer users while the following two days will be appropriate for
intermediate and advanced users. A detailed course outline will be
available later.
Seminar details are below:
When
Tuesday
July 25th, Wednesday July 26th and Thursday July 27th, 2006.
The first day will be ideally suited to new users or anyone
who feels they need a better grasp of the fundamentals. The course will
then lead into the second and third days which will be of use to
everyone. We feel people should attend at least two of the three days
for maximum benefit.
A social dinner has been organized for the Wednesday night and is an ideal opportunity to chat and spend time with fellow Timestone users

The hotel is currently undergoing extensive renovations and
will reopen as a Doubletree Hotel (part of the Hilton chain) well
before our seminar.
How much will it cost
There
is no charge for the seminar.
Timestone Software will also provide breakfast, lunch and
morning and afternoon coffee breaks on all days.
You
will need to pay for your room at $92/night, your dinners and of
course your travel to get there.
The Timestone Dinner on Wednesday night will cost $30 per head

Book
your room directly with the hotel - not with us. When making a booking
mention the Timestone discount rate. Rooms at this rate will be held
until June 24th. After this date normal rates will apply
There are several restaurants around the area and the hotel provides a
free shuttle service within a five mile radius.
A shuttle operates to and from the airport at $32 for a round trip
How many people can come
At
this stage we will not limit the number of attendees per company.
However as the lecture room reaches capacity we may need to restrict
the number of people attending from any one company.
The social dinner on Wednesday July 26th
This will be a great night! You will have ample opportunity to
mingle with other Timestone users and get to know each other. We also
have a few ideas in mind on keeping you entertained!!!!
Timestone Software will offset the cost of the dinner and provide each
attendee with two free drink coupons after which there will be a cash
bar.
We ask each attendee to contribute to the cost of the dinner by paying
